Disclaimer & Policies
1. Assumption of Risk
By registering your child for the Hawaii Pickleball Academy™ after-school program, you acknowledge that participation in physical activities like pickleball involves inherent risks, including the potential for injury. You agree to assume full responsibility for your child’s participation.
2. Liability Waiver
Hawaii Pickleball Academy™, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal property loss that may occur during the program. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
3. Medical Release
In the event of an emergency, you authorize Hawaii Pickleball Academy™ staff to seek and obtain medical treatment for your child as deemed necessary.
4. Photo & Video Release
Photos or videos may be taken during the program for promotional or marketing use. By registering, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used by Hawaii Pickleball Academy™ unless you notify us in writing in advance.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first class may be eligible for a refund (minus processing fees). No refunds will be issued after the first class has taken place. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
6. Payment Policy
A spot in the program is only secured once full payment is received. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Private and Group lessons are primarily held near downtown Honolulu and at select locations across Oahu.Our monthly clinics are held at King Intermediate School in Kaneohe.We’ll confirm the exact location when you book.
Private Lessons (1-on-1 personalized training)
Semi-Private Lessons (2–3 players)
Group Lessons and Clinics (4+ players)
Each lesson typically lasts one hour. Clinics may be 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the format.
Private Lesson: $120/hour
Semi-Private Lesson :$140/hr (2 players): $70/person/hour
Group Lessons: $150/hr (3 players): $50/person/hour
Group Lessons : $160/hr(4 players): $40/person/hour
Monthly Clinics $60/person/1.5hours
Plus tax 4.712% is added to the hourly rate

Bring your paddle, water, and good court shoes (non-marking soles).
If you don’t have a paddle, let us know — we may have a loaner available.

At this time, we do not offer lesson packages or discounts. Each session is priced individually.
