AThe undersigned individual(s), group, and/or organization, and their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, or its officers, directors, members, agents, employees, successors, and assigns, for and in consideration of the State of Hawaii Department of Education permitting and allowing the use of the designated school rooms, buildings, and/or facilities, jointly and severally agree to indemnify and hold harmless the State of Hawaii Department of Education from and against any and all loss, liability, demands, claims, suits, actions, or proceedings of every name, character, and description which may be suffered or incurred by, or brought against, the Department for or on account of any injuries or damages to any person or property, received or sustained by any person, directly or indirectly, by or in consequence of the use of said facilities by the undersigned individual(s), group, and/or organization. I further understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Hawaii Pickleball Academy™ will contact Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to render assistance and that I am financially responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

I understand that these images may be used—without compensation—on the organization’s website, social media platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), and in promotional or educational materials.

P.S. We don’t have a regular open play schedule at the moment. The Pacific Club can only be reserved less than a week in advance. We’re also planning to host open plays in different parts of the island soon!
