Who These Pickleball Lessons Are For
We divide the program into three levels so players train with others at a similar skill level and focus on the areas that will help them improve the most.
Level 1 – Foundations
Level 1 focuses on the fundamentals of pickleball. Players will learn proper technique, court positioning, scoring, and the key shots needed to play the game.
By the end of the 5 sessions, participants will feel comfortable playing full games of pickleball with improved technique and a better understanding of the game.
Level 2 – Skill Development
Level 2 focuses heavily on structured drilling to improve consistency and shot selection.
Players will work on drives, drops, volleys, and other key shots to become stronger and more complete pickleball players.
The goal at this level is to develop reliable strokes and better control during rallies.
Level 3 – Advanced Strategy
Level 3 is designed for advanced players, typically 4.0+ level.
Players must already be able to dink, drop, drive, and volley consistently.
The focus shifts toward strategy, positioning, and decision-making. Players will learn how to maximize teamwork, control points, and apply strategies to dominate competitive matches.
